Job Title: Infor LN Operations Consultant / UK (Occasional travel around Europe to the company’s sites) Remote.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and operational challenges.
Configure and customize the Infor LN ERP system to align with client-specific manufacturing, production, and warehousing processes.
Provide expert guidance and support to clients during system implementation and optimisation phases.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the Infor LN system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in manufacturing, production, and warehousing operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience implementing and supporting the Infor LN ERP system, with a focus on manufacturing, production, and warehousing modules.
Strong understanding of manufacturing, production, and warehousing processes and best practices.
Proven ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
In-depth knowledge of Infor LN tools, technologies, and methodologies is highly desirable.
