We are seeking a talented and experienced Infor M3 Technical Consultant with expertise in Factory Track and ION to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting our clients' Infor M3 ERP systems, with a focus on integrating Factory Track and leveraging ION technology to enhance functionality and performance.
Infor M3 Technical Consultant Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
- Design, develop, and implement customised solutions using Infor M3, Factory Track, and ION technology.
- Configure and customise the Infor M3 system to meet client needs, including data migration, system integration, and workflow automation.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.
- Deliver training sessions and documentation to support end-users and administrators.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Infor M3, Factory Track, and ION technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Infor M3 Technical Consultant, with expertise in Factory Track and ION.
- Strong understanding of Infor M3 architecture, modules, and functionality.
- Hands-on experience with Factory Track implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Proficiency in Infor ION technology, including integration, event management, and workflow automation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in Infor M3, Factory Track, or ION technology are a plus.
