We're in search of an accomplished Infor SyteLine Program Manager who will take charge of our implementation projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire implementation process, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a deep understanding of Infor SyteLine and manufacturing processes.
Infor SyteLine Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process of Infor SyteLine projects, from project initiation to post-implementation support.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide strategic guidance on leveraging Infor SyteLine to optimize business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end Infor SyteLine implementation projects in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent project management abilities, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and industry best practices related to ERP implementations.
- Proficiency in Infor SyteLine or similar ERP systems, including knowledge of modules, functionalities, and customisation capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges in a dynamic project environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and senior executives.
