NetSuite Technical Architect

Company Overview: We are an international company experiencing significant growth, and as a result, we are seeking a skilled NetSuite Technical Architect to join our dynamic team based in the UK. This role is pivotal in enhancing and optimizing our NetSuite system, focusing on finance and supply chain modules.

Job Summary: As a NetSuite Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, enhancing, and expanding our NetSuite system to meet the evolving needs of our growing organization. Your primary responsibilities will include scoping the current system, providing expert advice, and implementing solutions to improve the overall efficiency of our NetSuite platform.

NetSuite Technical Architect Key Responsibilities

1. System Scope and Analysis:

   • Assess the current NetSuite system to understand its strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
   • Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
   • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.

2. Architecture and Advisory:

   • Provide expert guidance on NetSuite best practices, customizations, and configurations.
   • Develop and implement scalable solutions to address business needs, with a focus on finance and supply chain modules.
   • Advise on system integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between NetSuite and other business applications.

3. Configuration and Customization:

   • Hands-on involvement in designing and implementing custom searches, workflows, and customizations.
   • Utilize SuiteScript and other NetSuite development tools to enhance the functionality of the system.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
   • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and milestones.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a NetSuite Technical Architect, with a focus on finance and supply chain modules.
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionalities, configurations, and customizations.
• Strong expertise in scoping, advising, and hands-on improvement of NetSuite systems.
• Previous experience with save searches, workflows, and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Remote Work: This role is fully remote; however, the candidate must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary: The budget for this position is approximately £90,000 per annum, with flexibility for the right candidate.
