We had an urgent requirement for five specialist Cerner Millennium Assurance Analysts, who were needed at very short notice to support some critical testing activity at an NHS Trust. We submitted an invitation to tender to our Tier One suppliers, but could only fill four posts. Therefore, on recommendation of a NHS Trust, we contacted IT Works Recruitment. Within three hours of our initial contact, IT Works provided us with several candidates for the role, interviews were arranged for the following day, and the role was filled. From the outset, IT Works understood the urgency of our request and were able to fill the role within 24hrs of our initial contact, which was impressive. IT Works were always reachable by telephone and any email queries were also dealt with quickly. Administration/paperwork was also handled very efficiently. Most importantly, we have been pleased with the progress of the Assurance Analyst to date, and a quality service has been provided to the NHS Trust."
