We dont have a specific graduate intake program because the training, learning, development and mentoring that any new member of staff receives at IT Works represents the processes and standards which are key to the way we work.
We have one induction programme for all new starters geared towards IT Works process and practice to ensure that our employees begin their career with us able to promote our brand and ready to practice our professional, honest, and transparent style of recruitment support.
New staff benefit from a great deal of support and development through a mixture of their Buddy, their Line Manager, the Head of Business Development and HR all relevant experts within the organization and, where a training need has been identified, external trainers. We also have our buddy system; I am the Expert which allows all new employees to be allocated a mentor who will help them through their probationary period here.
