Previously an Area Trainer and Restaurant Manager for Haven, Rebecca moved all around the UK supporting teams of up to 170 employees. One of her key roles was recruitment for both permanent and seasonal staff, which involved matching individual skillsets to teams and roles around the business.
This was an area in recruitment Rebecca particularly enjoyed. However, she was dissatisfied travelling around the UK and hoped to put down roots by finding a role that complimented her unique skill set. Whilst many recruitment companies demand direct industry experience, IT Works places a far higher value on the individual and their personality. This is how we quickly recognised Rebecca’s highly transferrable skill set and invited her to join the team with our bespoke thirteen-week training plan. It was here that she was fully submerged in the industry and our niche markets.
As our market expert in Agresso/Unit4, Rebecca works on both permanent and contract roles within this niche arena. She loves working with clients, finding the perfect resource to help bring their project to reality, and ultimately move their business forward. Rebecca has strong relationships with the best candidates in this market and works closely with them to find their next move and accelerate their careers.
Rebecca had always loved travelling and has certainly has not lost her wanderlust. Whether it’s a trip to New Zealand; where she jumped from the 328m high Auckland Sky Tower, or a day trip to Munich, Barcelona, or Dublin. Rebecca likes nothing better than to travel. To date, she’s notched up visits to 36 different countries and has plans for even more to come. However, the standard souvenirs don’t make the grade with Rebecca. She prefers a more permanent reminder and has the flag of each country she has visited tattooed on her leg!
Whether it is a permanent hire or a contractor you are looking for, Rebecca recognises that the key to success is ensuring that your requirements are clear and remain in focus throughout. Working with you, she will ensure your search starts, progresses, and ends well.
“The training programme was fantastic, it really helped me to understand the market and how I could add value and make the difference”
