Our dedicated Workday Consultant has recently placed a Senior Workday Business Analyst with a large client based in the Aviation industry. As the client had not previously used a recruitment company but had struggled to fill the role for over 3 months, and with the urgency on the requirement developing, they reached out.
The client had previously been made aware of us in the market via our LinkedIn social channel and thought that given our reputation in the market as niche Workday specialist recruiters, we were the company to partner with on this requirement.
After receiving the enquiry via our website our dedicated Workday Consultant reached out to conduct a detailed discussion regarding the efforts made in the market so far, the company’s culture, the role outline, the timescales for interviews, the benefits, and the budget.

Using the detailed qualification, our Consultant then went out to the market and found three strong options for the client to review. The interview slots had already been agreed earlier in the process making things as easy as possible for the client and the candidates, meaning expectations of time frames were already addressed. After advising the client on the position of each candidate and their suitability for the role the client decided to take all three candidates forward for interview.
As our Consultant had developed a relationship with the client and really taken time to understand their requirement and challenges with hiring to date, the candidates all the benefits of understanding the clients prolonged journey to secure talent but also solidifying a clear picture of the role. This is because our consultant was able to communicate the role in all of the detail, in this case which was not just that Workday, SQL and Taleo experience that was essential but that change management and leadership were real areas of focus with the client. After a challenging implementation process less than 24 months prior, business workflows were not fully aligned post go-live within HR and Finance along with a team that had a history of change resistance. Candidates therefore understand the opportunity from the commencement of the process.
