Job description

The Digital Marketeer role operates from within the operations team, providing a centralised marketing function to all our company brands listed below. It is imperative that applicants have experience working within a marketing role and proudly consider themselves to be highly proficient in terms of their organisation, prioritisation and both verbal and written communications.

  • Marketing ambassador and positive champion of the marketing function

  • Responsible for obtaining weekly content from the consultants, scheduling, sending and driving the success of all email marketing campaigns across a wide range of niche verticals using Mailchimp, Bullhorn and Vertical Response

  • Marketing onboarding for new starters, providing desk-side support and guidance

  • The role will collect, monitor, and analyse several sources of data to enable the marketing team to measure the success of the marketing program

  • Action SEO insights

  • Craft social plans for each business and constantly monitor/report on the analytics to measure the efficiency of your output. Where necessary make amendments to the plan to ensure the best outcomes

  • Manage the corporate linkedIn pages and drive the linkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter KPI’s set by the marketing team and the business collectively

  • Create a range of marketing materials (e.g. videos, infographics, case studies, blogs, podcasts, images, logos, social banners) using a range of applications provided for digital with a view to further expose our company brand within all our niche verticals

  • Meet with our internal team of consultants on a frequent basis to support them, provide them with their recent marketing data and plan in collaboration with individuals against their unique goals

  • Meet with internal recruitment, performance, Directors, Training etc to provide content support where there is a requirement.

  • Liaise with external suppliers where required to ensure that they deliver on their service, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Volcanic etc. Raise tickets and see them through to completion where marketing platforms are experiencing technical difficulties.

  • Conduct branding audits and ensure that the branding guidelines are adhered to within each organisation.

  • Innovative mindset, whether it be content, marketing technologies, processes etc. keeping ideas flowing.

  • Produce internal email communications/updates regarding marketing initiatives or competitions to motivate the sales teams and to help them understand the value of marketing on their business.
