The successful candidate will become system owner, relaying with other Epicor consultants based in subsidiaries across the globe, with the opportunity to create a team as you grow.   • Test, train and troubleshoot Epicor system for users and provide guidance for improvements
  • Improve user adoption of the system across the group
  • Help create reports and dashboards for users
  • Maintain and update global how-to documents to ensure established processes/procedures are followed
  • Handle and manage change requests
  • Ability to break down complex processes into simple steps for users and consultants
  • Manage relationship with external consultants to ensure timely delivery of tasks / projects. Monitor and report on progress
  • Ability to perform work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources and monitor the performance of project tasks.


What You Need to Succeed:

  • 3+ years consulting, business application training or customer support experience in the software industry required
  • Knowledge of Epicor's V10 application preferred
  • Solution driven with a good grasp of good practice
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Effective teaching, excellent verbal/written communication skills and PC skills
  • BAQ' and BPM's
