This role is key in managing the operation, support, maintenance and development of the IFS ERP system. This will include coordinating activities and projects across the team, organisation, and third parties. A key element of the role will be to manage the central ERP team.
- Manage and motivate the central ERP team, including agreeing priorities, managing workloads and staff development
- Lead and project manage major development projects, inc updates and upgrades for the IFS system
- Maximise the efficient use of the system and its benefit to the Company
- IFS Helpdesk management
