We have colleagues who are earning £100k+, we’ve had the most incredible success even during Covid years and our teams typically smash target levels month-in-month-out. We finished our last financial year 127% of target, have enjoyed the financial fruits of our labour, had some brilliant shared times celebrating our success (including paid for trips to Malta, Prague, Budapest, Rome, etc) and seen a significant number of promotions.

We don’t chase headcount for the sake of headcount, instead, we hire people with incredible potential and develop them into experts – average annual billings across the entire business currently stands at £180k per person…and it continues to grow.
Our world is very different to most recruitment firms, we put a lot of store in the support functions of our business being integral to you succeeding – these include an in-house marketing team, in-house data team, in-house performance team and in-house finance team.
All our systems are integrated and designed to give our Recruiters the best opportunity to be as effective as possible and successful as possible for themselves, our clients and our candidates. We never stop looking for the next thing that improves us, and supports our expertise in our markets.
We believe that we have invested and continue to invest in the best recruitment tools available, including: LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn (CRM), Cube19 (business intelligence), Herefish (marketing automation), CloudCall and our websites are ran through Volcanic. This also means that you can work anywhere with internet connection, which supports our blended approach to work location (office/home) and the significant flexibility and paid time that our people benefit from.
Our aim is that eventually all business will be incoming (we already have a significant % of our business as repeat and incoming business) – meaning that as a Recruiter, you have the ability to earn a fantastic income and have outstanding career and promotion prospects.
We respect that you have already overcome some of the challenges in recruitment, you have shown resilience, proven success and are committed to the world of recruitment as a career. Having said this, we won’t throw you in at the deep end and we will give you an abridged version of our training programme to help get you up to speed in your new market.
