Job Title: Lead Application Analyst (iTrent Systems Administrator)
Location: West Midlands
Working Arrangement: Remote
Salary: Up to £34,000 PA (+ company benefits)
What you need to know to be successful:

• Creation, maintenance & deletion of iTrent user accounts
• Maintenance of iTrent access & security
• Creation of new posts on iTrent
• First line support and onward referral to MHR if required
• Monthly system housekeeping duties and bulk uploads
• Producing reports – Cognos & Excel (beneficial)
• Supporting testing of the quarterly iTrent upgrades
• Involvement in annual tasks such as tax changes, pay reviews & audits
• Supporting team colleagues and providing advice and guidance to other areas of the business
• Requested system changes
