iTrent Systems Specialist

Contract type: Fixed-term contract (12 months)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location:Flexible working
Salary: Up to £40,000 (+ Benefits)

The Role:
•    Manage and monitor HR systems to ensure delivery of effective and efficient HR and Payroll processes for the business
•    Carry out system administration function for the core HR system including managing system access, upgrades and patches, system integrity, process improvements and fault fixes
•    Ensure data integrity is maintained across all HR systems 
•    Provide subject matter expert support for the introduction of new modules within the HR system 
•    Work with HR systems suppliers to ensure systems are maintained and up to date 
•    Ensure processes are fully documented and regularly reviewed seeking opportunities for process development and continuous improvement
•    Produce monthly, quarterly and annual HR management information for all areas of the business, taking direct accountability for specified elements of the HR dashboards, board reports, highlight trends, risks and issues where applicable
•    Ensure all employee information is securely maintained and is managed in line with internal policies and complies with Data Protection Regulations
•    Manage the archiving of employee files and seek opportunities to automate processes to reduce paper

Your Experience:
•    Experience in a similar role using HR and Payroll systems and reporting tools (iTrent and business objects experience would be advantageous)
•    Experience managing HR/P&D system changes
•    Experience developing effective management information
•    Excellent organisational and communication skills
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability interpret complex information 
•    Ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
