Job Title: iTrent Systems Specialist
Location: East Midlands, UK
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Working arrangement: On-site 3 days per week
Job profile (What you will need to be successful):

• Strong HR data and systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR legislation and its application across the HR team, as well as the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Take responsibility with team leaders and Project Advisers for managing the smooth running of iTrent and Dashboard.
• Ability to manage system updates, deliver new functionality and configuration.
• Provide support to the various HR teams and the wider business to identify and prioritise system requirements.
• Ability to work closely with a team of HR Data and Systems Officers and able to provide advice and technical expertise for system and data processes.
• You will possess an in-depth knowledge of day-to-day HR working practices and liaise with schools and departments on system and data issues and understanding changing business requirements.
