Job description

As a junior project manager, it will be your role to work with the internal communications team as well as senior stakeholders who own initiatives with the programme of works and to assist and advise project managers on the management of larger deliveries. This includes being able to coordinate, schedule and track progress and results of projects working independently or under direct supervision of a more senior project manager.


  • Working with colleagues in the Internal Communications team as well as initiative owners on the main programme team
  • Creating project plans
  • Monitoring project progress
  • Reporting project results
  • Taking the lead on this delivery
  • Running project progress meetings and maintaining momentum on delivery of tasks required to deliver the outcomes of the project
  • Managing project RAID and escalating where appropriate


  • Degree level or equivalent is usually desirable and preferred.
  • Working towards or completed Project Management certification
  • Background in project management experience also desirable.
  • ITIL qualification desirable
  • Infor M3 knowledge desirable
