Job description

The Marketing Executive role is an office-based role working out of our Preston offices. This role operates from within the Operations Team, providing a centralised marketing function to all our company brands.

This role represents marketing at cross-functional team meetings, supports the marketing efforts of the sales and Consulting teams, Performance team, and senior leadership team.

  • The role is responsible for conducting marketing activities that drive inbound sales enquiries into the businesses

  • Measure the success of the marketing programs

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

  • Plan and write engaging content on-brand for each business

  • Website content management

  • Co-ordinate the creation of a range of marketing materials (e.g. videos, infographics, case studies, blogs, podcasts, adverts) using a range of applications provided with a view to further exposing our company brand within all our niche markets

  • Analysis of Google analytics for the purposes of monitoring success and planning

  • Liaise with external suppliers and our internal team to ensure that the marketing function delivers on its commitments to the businesses we serve

  • Responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns to target specific audiences across several niche verticals

  • Craft annual, quarterly, and monthly content plans for each business with targeted content to fit each digital channel and monitor/report on the analytics to measure success

  • Provide marketing guidance and advice to the consultants/Managers/Directors across both the recruitment and consulting teams

  • Stay close to the teams providing ongoing marketing support and coordinate marketing skills training

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

  • Innovative mindset and a passion for collaboration

  • Conduct branding audits and ongoing reviews. A branding booklet for each business will be provided

  • Communicate internally regarding marketing initiatives or competitions
