Job Title: iTrent Pay & Benefits Manager
Location: West Midlands
Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum
Working Arrangement: On-site 3 days per week


  • Manage the company monthly payroll routines including sign off of monthly control reports by Finance team
  • Drive accuracy in team member payments by creating query reports ahead of payroll cut off
  • Act as first point of contact for payroll outsourcer 
  • Act as first point of contact for all team member payroll queries
  • Implement pay review processes accurately and effectively
  • Create and maintain payroll process maps
  • Support regulatory reporting (e.g. gender pay gap, ONS reports, NI monitoring reports, annual reports).
  • Work closely with Finance team to ensure that pay, PAYE and benefits information can be reconciled to management accounts.


  • Oversee administration of employee benefits provided by third parties.
  • Administer company provided benefits as required
  • Provide advice on company benefits
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of policies, procedures and communication of the company rewards and benefits.
  • Assess existing benefits programmes to assure competitiveness in the marketplace and identification of cost-efficient design opportunities.
  • Act as a point of contact for senior HR and line management for all benefit related issues.


  • Embed/Exploit iTrent to ensure continued benefit and rollout of functionality appropriate to/ of benefit to the company
  • Ensure awareness of and compliance with system updates
  • Ensure that data integrity within HR system is maintained including all data tables.


  • Run and complete regular and ad hoc reports required by the business
  • Ensure that all data protection principles are adhered to within payroll routines 
  • Ensure HR filing (electronic and manual) is efficient and effective
