Are you an experienced ERP Programme Lead specifically in IFS? Are you eager to get involved in exciting transformation project within a Defence division? We now have an exciting opportunity for you to come on board with our new client ERP Programme Lead.

You will be reporting into our CIO as part of the Information Technology Family which provides, maintains & optimises business solutions.

Responsibilities:

You will work with IT leaders to develop the overall programme roadmap to support digital transformation

Lead execution of the digital road map, establishing and managing business processes, programs, and projects to deliver overall transformation; identify and allocate resource effectively, ensuring KPIs, and governance activities.

Define, initiate, and lead the delivery and governance of a portfolio of projects and programs to standard methodology

Identify and quantify business benefit; track and assure delivery of those benefits

Communicate program aims and their relationship to IT transformation

Lead the execution of transformational projects intended to create a digital culture across the business,

Define the project and programme resource needed to deliver business outcomes; secure and manage appropriate resource to deliver program outcomes on time and within budget
