Job description

One of our clients is looking for a Systems Support Analyst. The main purpose of this role is to provide technical support and development for IFS as well as support the functional end users. Training will be provided to bring the ideal candidate up to speed with IFS applications if required. The future of this role is bright as they are looking for a long term solution to take full ownership of the companies ERP, as well as supporting the IT Director in reviewing and proposing the companies system changes.




Essential -

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL and PL/SQL
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyse and resolve problems
  • Must be driven to independently develop skills.


Desirable –

  • Good experience in IFS Apps 8 SP1
  • Strong knowledge of IFS modules and Admin/Solution Manager tools
  • Knowledge of Crystal Reports
  • Training users and organising training
