We are looking to hire driven individuals for the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant to begin our proven and successful, bespoke 13-week training programme. We don’t hire people with previous experience in recruitment as we know that our training provides people with non-recruiting backgrounds, the best start to a professional and lucrative career, full of unlimited career opportunities.

Make no bones about it, Recruitment is sales and it doesn’t come easy, but in our world it’s a very advanced professional level of sales where long-term relationships are built and nurtured.

Our world of recruitment isn’t the ordinary, we are a multi award-winning business (including ‘Sunday Times Top 100 Business’ to work for), established 16+ years ago, employing career change individuals from all sorts of backgrounds - some examples include...

  • Former Chef, joined, retrained and is now our top Consultant and now earns £6figures.

  • Operations Manager, well regarded in previous role, joined us, re-trained. Earnt £60k in his first year with us and has been promoted three times.

  • A Retail Store Manager joined us, re-trained and now earns £6figures.
