Job description

Interested in working as a Workday Functional Analyst for a company in the retail industry? My client is currently looking for a Workday professional to work a minimum of 6-month, full-time contract (with a high possibility to extend the contract). You will be working closely with their international partners, liaising with senior stakeholders


  • Supporting HR reporting activities
  • Leading Workday transformational projects with the aim of improving workflow efficiency
  • On-going support and development of the Workday system
  • Designing, creating, and building new global HR processes to streamline communications between employees and HR
  • Work closely with other functional leads, as well as, collaboratively with technical Workday professionals


  • Needs to have at least 4 years’ Workday experience
  • Module certifications are an advantage
  • Specialised knowledge in a Workday domain (such as HCM, recruitment or compensation) is preferrable
  • Other Workday specialisms will be considered
  • Full end-to-end Workday implementation experience for 2+ projects
  • Sound understanding of HR functions & processes
  • Ability to establish strong professional relationships quickly & effectively
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Can effectively prioritise & time manage
