This global company are looking for somebody to come in post implementation to support the day to day running of their HRIS Workday. The ideal candidate will understand the functionality and daily running of the system as well as having the knowledge of how a functional Workday system can positively impact a business.
·To support and resolve any user issues related to Workday
·Develop the Workday skills and knowledge of other users within the team
·To understand how the HRIS works and present ideas to improve the system
·Analyse reports from Workday and present the results to relevant managers and stakeholders
·Take ownership of the HRIS and ensure the effective running of all modules within workday
·Ensure any queries raised are responded to and resolved efficiently
Skills and Qualities:
·Minimum of 2 years experience working with Workday
·Implementation exposure would be a distinct advantage
·Working in a multinational environment would be a distinct advantage
·Previous implementation experience would be beneficial
·Thorough understanding of Workday core HCM
