Job description

My client is a global, forward-thinking retail store. Their current live modules are HCM, Time, Absence, Expenses and Recruitment. You'll be required to provide third tier queries to over 15 000 employees and be an SME for the day to day Workday duties. Alongside this you will:

- Give feedback to key stakeholders on the optimisation of Workday
- Support and give training on the bi-annual Workday updates
- Support and give training on the latest module implementations

The ideal candidate will:
- Have 4+ years experience in Workday
- Have knowledge in HR processes
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Be able to understand and translate business needs into technical configuration
