? What You’ll Do
• Configure, support, and optimize IFS Service & Maintenance modules
• Work closely with Service, Engineering, and Operations teams to understand requirements
• Lead workshops, gather business needs, and convert them into functional IFS solutions
• Support end-to-end processes including work orders, service contracts, scheduling, asset management, and preventive maintenance
• Assist with upgrades, testing, documentation, and user training

• Proven experience with IFS Service, Maintenance, or FSM modules
• Strong understanding of service lifecycle, field operations, and asset management
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams
