IFS Training Consultant

Job Title: IFS Training Consultant
Location: Remote
Contract: 6 months (Immediate Start)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IFS Training Consultant on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of IFS training programs, create comprehensive learning materials, and drive system adoption through ClickLearn. This is a remote role with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end IFS training materials for various modules and business processes.
  • Deliver train-the-trainer sessions, coaching super users and internal trainers to confidently deliver IFS training across the organisation.
  • Create interactive and engaging training content using IFS ClickLearn, including simulations, guides, and e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate with project teams, business analysts, and functional leads to understand system configurations and business workflows.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to tailor programs for different audiences and skill levels.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing user guides, cheat sheets, and supporting materials.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve content and delivery.
  • Ensure alignment of training materials with organisational processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainers and end-users post-training.
Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience as an IFS Training Consultant, ERP trainer, or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in IFS Applications (preferably IFS Cloud) and business processes across Finance, Projects, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing modules.
  • Hands-on experience with IFS ClickLearn for content creation and simulations.
  • Strong instructional design skills with the ability to translate complex system functionality into clear, easy-to-understand learning materials.
  • Experience in delivering remote and in-person training sessions to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP implementation projects and change management is an advantage.
