Infor M3 Head of Transformation

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Infor M3 Head of Transformation. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic transformation of our Infor M3 ERP system, driving innovation, and optimising business processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.

Infor M3 Head of Transformation Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic transformation of the Infor M3 ERP system, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive transformation plans, including roadmap development, resource allocation, and project management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Infor M3 ERP system capabilities, best practices, and emerging trends.


  • Years of experience in leading large-scale ERP transformation projects, with a focus on Infor M3.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business transformation initiatives, from strategy development through execution.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and industry best practices.
  • Certification in Infor M3 or related ERP systems is a plus
