ERP Consultant – NetSuite
Location: Hybrid (Midlands, UK – 2-3 days per week)
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

A UK-based partner is seeking an experienced ERP Consultant with a strong background in NetSuite implementations. You will join an innovative and fast-paced team of specialists providing consulting services and support to clients in the UK and overseas.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead NetSuite ERP implementations and business solution projects, ensuring they align with customer requirements. Working closely with expert consultants, you will analyse business needs, configure NetSuite solutions, and support clients through the entire implementation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
  • Conduct workshops to determine business needs and system requirements
  • Write Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that align with success criteria
  • NetSuite Implementation & Configuration:
  • Configure and customise NetSuite applications to meet client-specific requirements
  • Manage data migration activities
  • Support clients through Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Project Documentation & Support:
  • Prepare functional/technical specifications, change requests, and testing use cases
  • Develop training guides and documentation for end-users
  • Collaborate with internal and client-side consultants to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting:
  • Produce project status updates and present them to senior stakeholders

    Required Experience

    • Successfully implemented at least five small to medium NetSuite OneWorld systems (1 country, multiple subsidiaries) or two large OneWorld systems (multiple countries, many subsidiaries)
    • Experience in writing business requirements documents for NetSuite implementations
    • Extensive knowledge of NetSuite modules, with an understanding of limitations and areas for customisation
    • Working knowledge of integrations with external systems, using third-party tools or internally developed software
