Programme Structure: Working under established Programme Director and senior transformation team
Overview
Large, fast-scaling UK marketplace organisation undertaking a full end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation. This is a business-critical transformation programme with strong executive sponsorship.
The successful candidate will join an experienced programme environment and lead a key NetSuite workstream within a wider ERP and digital transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery

Lead full lifecycle NetSuite ERP implementation from planning through to go-live and optimisation

Define and manage scope, objectives, timelines, dependencies and deliverables

Build and maintain detailed project plans and milestone tracking

Manage change control and ensure delivery remains on track
Stakeholder & Partner Management

Act as primary interface between internal business functions and external NetSuite partners

Engage Finance, Operations, Commercial and IT stakeholders

Ensure alignment with programme governance and reporting standards
ERP Implementation Oversight

Oversee system configuration, integrations and data migration

Coordinate UAT, defect resolution and formal sign-off

Ensure Finance, Supply Chain and CRM modules align with agreed design principles
Risk & Governance

Maintain risk and issue logs

Escalate appropriately within programme structure

Support change management and adoption activity
Budget & Reporting

Manage project budget and forecast tracking

Provide structured progress reporting into programme leadership
Required Experience
-
Minimum 5 years’ Project Management experience

At least two full ERP implementations (NetSuite strongly preferred)

Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain and CRM modules

Experience working with external system integrators and consultants

Strong delivery discipline, governance and stakeholder management capability
Desirable
-
PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification

Experience delivering ERP in marketplace, B2B or operationally complex environment
