We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to support the design, configuration, optimisation, and ongoing enhancement of our NetSuite ERP platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise across core NetSuite modules, excellent stakeholder-management skills, and a proven ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops and work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional requirements.

Design scalable NetSuite solutions aligned with best practice and business objectives.

Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and custom fields.

Support the implementation of new modules, enhancements, and integrations.

Conduct system testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.

Provide training, support, and guidance to end-users to ensure adoption and effective use of NetSuite.

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams or external partners as needed.

Produce functional specifications for custom development where required.

Maintain system documentation, process flows, and configuration records.

Monitor NetSuite releases and advise the business on new features and opportunities for optimisation.
Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP functional role.

Strong understanding of key NetSuite modules (e.g., Financials, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory, CRM).

Experience delivering NetSuite implementations, enhancements, or optimisation projects.

Ability to interpret business processes and propose effective system solutions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Confident communicator with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Comfortable working in both structured project environments and BAU support settings.

NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) are desirable but not essential.
