Purpose of the Role – About You
As the Commercial Director, you will report directly to the Regional CEO and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's growth trajectory. You will collaborate closely with leadership teams, driving initiatives to enhance customer value and expand our market presence. Leading a talented team of business developers and account managers, you will identify new opportunities, nurture relationships, and drive sales with a focus on maximizing conversion rates. Your strategic insights will shape our annual business plans, budgets, and sales strategies, ensuring our commercial approach remains innovative and competitive.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business development, preferably within relevant industries.
• Proven leadership experience, managing sales teams in dynamic environments. • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining high conversion rates.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and bid management.
• Experience in formulating annual business plans, budgets, and sales strategies.
