NetSuite Finance & Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Consultant to support a growing group of businesses that have recently implemented NetSuite and are preparing for the next phase of their ERP transformation.

The business operates a multi-company environment and selected NetSuite as its core platform to support future growth and consolidation across the group. The first company successfully went live in April, and the next phase will focus on a more complex manufacturing operation with associated warehouse, inventory, finance, and operational requirements.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the successful delivery of the next implementation phase while helping the business maximise the value of its existing NetSuite investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on NetSuite expertise across multiple group companies.
• Support the design and implementation of NetSuite within a manufacturing environment.
• Review and optimise current NetSuite configurations, processes, and workflows.
• Work closely with stakeholders to validate implementation scope, timelines, and partner deliverables.
• Support inventory management, warehouse operations, and WMS-related processes.
• Assist with multi-entity structures, group consolidation, and financial reporting requirements.
• Review and improve integrations with third-party systems and ecommerce platforms.
• Ensure finance processes are correctly reflected within system design and configuration.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and increase NetSuite adoption.
• Provide knowledge transfer and upskill internal teams to support long-term system ownership.

Required Experience

• Extensive NetSuite implementation and optimisation experience.
• Proven track record delivering NetSuite projects within manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of inventory, warehousing, production, and supply chain processes.
• Experience working within multi-entity or NetSuite OneWorld environments.
• Strong finance process knowledge, including journals, reporting structures, and accounting workflows.
• Experience working with integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Ability to operate in a hands-on delivery capacity rather than solely providing strategic advice.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and challenging assumptions where necessary.

Desirable Experience

• Experience integrating ecommerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.
• Knowledge of WMS solutions, barcode scanning, and warehouse transformation projects.
• Experience supporting businesses through post-go-live optimisation programmes.
• Previous experience working alongside NetSuite Solution Providers and implementation partners.

The successful consultant will be a practical, commercially minded NetSuite specialist who can quickly understand business requirements and deliver tangible outcomes. You will be confident working independently, capable of validating technical and functional decisions, and able to bridge the gap between business operations, finance, and technology teams.
