Gina is our HRIS Contract Recruitment Specialist, where she focuses on connecting organisations with experienced HRIS professionals who can support and optimise their people systems.
Gina was drawn to IT Works by the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment, while contributing meaningfully to client and candidate success. She thrives on continuous learning and enjoys developing her recruitment expertise within a market that is constantly evolving.
Her career to date has given her a strong foundation of transferable skills. As a Social Care Officer, Gina developed exceptional communication, empathy and adaptability, regularly navigating complex and sensitive conversations. Her time as a Property Consultant strengthened her commercial awareness, analytical thinking and relationship management, while her experience as a Recruitment Consultant refined her ability to build trusted partnerships and take a strategic, people-first approach to recruitment.
Outside of work, Gina enjoys spending time camping in her VW campervan, hiking and walking her dog Billy. She’s also a fan of hot yoga, music festivals and collecting and playing records - usually with a good soundtrack playing in the background.
