Marta started as a Customer Support Representative in an airline company. While she was getting her Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management and Business, Marta already had experience helping people by working as a Support Specialist in two different companies.
After working for an American company providing outsourcing services, based in Ukraine, Marta was promoted to the role of Team Lead within the dispatch department. Managing the team was a new challenge and Marta was immediately tasked with expanding the team rapidly. Management was a particularly rewarding part of the role, however the desire to specialise further in business saw Marta return to academic study in the area of Marketing.
Marta has been in the UK only a number of weeks and continues to study marketing. She has joined us here in IT Works focussing on providing data and research support to our Operations department which is home to both operations and marketing. This role gives Marta the opportunity to explore and develop in both operations and marketing.
