Scott joins IT Works as an Operations Support Analyst, bringing a proactive mindset and a strong foundation in administrative and coordination roles. After successfully completing a business apprenticeship, he developed a drive to continuously sharpen his skills and stay ahead of evolving technologies – particularly within CRM systems and AI, which he sees as key drivers of efficiency and productivity in modern business.
He began his career in the leisure vehicle industry, progressing from apprentice to Administrator, where he spent nine years building core organisational, communication, and operational skills. He later transitioned into the ECO energy sector as a Submissions Co-ordinator, working closely with stakeholders to improve household energy efficiency and reduce costs. Across both roles, Scott built a reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and a positive, solutions-focused approach.
Known for his upbeat attitude and team-first mentality, Scott brings energy and support to those around him, always aiming to make a meaningful impact within his team.
Outside of work, Scott is a passionate music enthusiast, whether that’s curating playlists or experiencing live performances. He’s also a keen gamer, enjoying everything from tabletop adventures like Dungeons & Dragons to trading card games and competitive video games – valuing both the challenge and the camaraderie they bring.
