Joe is Associate Director at IT Works Recruitment and IT Works Recruitment Europe, having built his career from the ground up within specialist ERP recruitment.
Joe began his career in retail management before moving into recruitment, where he found an environment that suited his people-focused and commercially minded approach. He initially established himself within the Epicor market, building a strong network and developing a detailed understanding of the technology, its customer base and the specialist professionals working within it.
He later moved into the IFS market, where he continued to build his reputation through strong market knowledge and long-term relationships with consultants, customers and organisations across the UK.
As Head of Practice, Joe's role developed beyond his own recruitment activity. He became increasingly involved in developing the team, supporting the wider leadership group and contributing to the growth and direction of the business.
In October 2026, Joe was promoted to Associate Director, taking on a broader leadership role across IT Works Recruitment and IT Works Recruitment Europe. His focus now extends across the development of the business, its people and its specialist ERP practices.
Joe's approach remains grounded in the same principles that have shaped his career - understanding his markets, building genuine relationships and taking the time to understand the people behind the technology.
