Infor Recruitment Partners of Choice
The business had operated in the fashion/retail industry for nearly 100 years and were struggling to manage their order processes and stock levels accordingly. They made the decision to implement Infor M3 Cloud Suite to bring their business back to life.
This was a brand-new implementation, across the London head office, 48 retail stores, and large warehouses spread across throughout the United Kingdom. The company had a vision of working with the vendor directly and completing this implementation and roll out across all sites within 12 months.

Successful hire of candidates
A total of three candidates were resourced on a 12-month contract. The business contacted us through a recommendation of another retail company that we had worked with before. They outlined what they were looking for and along with our advice on market rate we collaborated in writing a job description taking the role to market.
After creating a descriptive job description, the Infor UK team were able to triage candidates effectively against the requirements. This meant within 3 working days, we had 4 Project Manager candidates shared with the client, and 6 Business Analysts.
Interview and Offer
Of the candidates taken through to interview, three BA’s and two PM’s were chosen to proceed to final stage which involved meeting members of the Senior Leadership team. Within 24 hours of the final interviews taking place, the client had confirmed which candidates they’d like to proceed with. We informed the successful candidates, completed the onboarding, and re-confirmed the start date.
The company approached us with the desire to employ two business analysts and a project manager who would be able to join the existing IT Team right at the start of the project. It was important to have experienced Business Analyst’s in place to correctly perform Gap Analysis and keep the project on schedule right from the beginning.
The M3 Cloud solution was successfully implemented on schedule, which gave the business exactly what they were looking for in terms of efficiency.
This meant the business were able to operate open up their business model and open warehouses internationally, which created a lot more jobs within the Infor market, and resulted in significant revenue growth for the business when they could transport stock more efficiently.
