Bistrack Support Specialist | Hiring Now
We’re currently supporting a client in their search for an experienced Bistrack Support Specialist to join their team and take ownership of day-to-day support and optimisation of the Epicor BisTrack platform.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong BisTrack knowledge who enjoys working closely with business users, solving system issues and helping organisations get the most out of their ERP.
The role will involve:
- Providing 1st and 2nd line support for BisTrack users
- Troubleshooting system issues and resolving tickets
- Supporting system configuration and ongoing improvements
- Assisting with upgrades, testing and system changes
- Working with internal teams to ensure the platform supports business operations effectively
We’re keen to speak with people who have:
- Hands-on experience supporting BisTrack
- Good understanding of ERP processes within distribution, timber or building materials environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience supporting end users and managing support requests
