BisTrack Support Specialist

We are currently partnering with a well-established business seeking a BisTrack Support Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong ERP support experience to play a key role in maintaining and improving a critical business system.

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for BisTrack-related issues, providing day-to-day support to users while also contributing to system improvements and ongoing optimisation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the system continues to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for BisTrack ERP users

  • Troubleshoot system issues and manage support tickets through to resolution

  • Liaise with third-party vendors where required

  • Support system upgrades, patches and enhancements

  • Assist with user training and documentation

  • Work with the business to identify opportunities for system improvements

Experience required:

  • Hands-on experience supporting BisTrack ERP

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users

  • Experience working in distribution, wholesale or merchanting environments is advantageous

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
