Epicor Administrator

The Opportunity

I’m working with a well-established manufacturing company that is looking for an experienced Epicor Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become the go-to Epicor specialist within the business, supporting day-to-day operations and helping to deliver system improvements that make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Administering, supporting, and maintaining the Epicor ERP system.

• Managing user accounts, security roles, and workflows.

• Developing dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, and SSRS reports.

• Monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with Epicor support.

• Supporting upgrades, patches, and new system functionality.

• Working with stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance to optimise processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (Epicor 10 or Kinetic preferred).

• Strong skills in BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, and SSRS.

• Good understanding of SQL Server and ERP administration.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support users across the business.

• A proactive problem-solver who thrives on process improvement.

Desirable:

• Experience with Epicor upgrades and/or cloud deployments.

• Knowledge of integrations with third-party systems.

• Familiarity with .NET or C# for customisations.

• Background in manufacturing.
