Epicor Developer

Lead end-to-end development and customisation within Epicor ERP (P21, Kinetic, or other versions), utilising C#, BPMs, Epicor Forms, Dashboards, SSRS reports, and Epicor REST/Service Connect endpoints for complex business requirements.

Architect and implement sophisticated system integrations across ERP, e-commerce, CRM, and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, Web Services, Workato, Power Automate, and Service Connect, ensuring seamless data flow and automation.

Design, optimise, and maintain SQL Server databases, writing advanced queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and ETL processes to support reporting, analytics, and data integrity across multiple systems.

Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to translate complex functional requirements into robust technical solutions, including Epicor module customisations, workflow automation, and performance tuning.

Provide senior technical leadership, mentoring developers, conducting architecture and code reviews, troubleshooting escalated issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in the Epicor ERP ecosystem.
