Epicor Product Owner

The job
  • Development, review and implementation of improvements, applying technical expertise to guide the team towards best practices and solutions.
  • Identify the user requirements to advance functionality of EPICOR.
  • Work closely with the IT Systems team and Finance to understand potential improvements and capability and support in the implementation of changes.
  • Keep up to date with product improvements and opportunities to ensure the system provides the most efficient functionality.  
  • Support the team in overcoming technical challenges.
  • Support with system training as and when required.
  • Provide regular reporting on KPI's to stakeholders and the Exec team.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Undertake personal development and training as required.
  • Own Epicor as a product owner.
  • Define the product roadmap.
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with critical business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy, vision and roadmap.
  • Seeks and delivers opportunities to streamline processes through system enhancements.
 

Personal
 
  • Previous experience working with EPICOR
  • A system specialist who understands EPICOR from a business and technical perspective  
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals with technical and non-technical backgrounds
  • Analytical problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate a flexible approach to work
  • Organise and plan effectively showing good use of delegation where required. Making sound and good decisions, understanding the right level of risk and influencing others.
  • Motivate and inspire, embrace change and support others with their development.
  • Postively encourages team cohesion, idea sharing and goes out of their way to support others within the business to get the job done.
  • Suggests and implements solutions both within their own role.
