As we continue to scale, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of IT to lead our technology roadmap, ensure robust infrastructure, and optimise our ERP systems—particularly NetSuite, which is central to our operations.
Role Overview
The Head of IT will be responsible for leading the overall IT strategy, managing a small in-house team and external vendors, and driving digital efficiencies across the business. You will play a pivotal role in maximising our NetSuite investment, overseeing system improvements, integrations, and ensuring it supports cross-departmental needs.
Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals.

Act as internal subject matter expert for NetSuite—drive improvements, customisations, integrations, and upgrades.

Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to optimise NetSuite use across the business.

Manage IT infrastructure, network security, and business continuity planning.

Lead IT projects end-to-end, including vendor selection and stakeholder engagement.

Build and lead a high-performing IT team.

Manage IT budget, contracts, and relationships with external service providers.

Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO standards).
Requirements
Essential:

Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, ideally Head of IT, IT Director, or similar.

Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP – implementation, optimisation, and support.

Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, and supply chain.

Demonstrated experience delivering IT transformation projects.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach when needed.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Desirable:

Experience in a scaling SME or PE-backed business.

Knowledge of system integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, WMS platforms).

Relevant certifications (e.g., NetSuite SuiteFoundation, PRINCE2, ITIL).
