Company Description: The client I am working with is a dynamic and forward-thinking company dedicated to implementing the IFS Cloud system. They are seeking a talented and experienced IFS Business Analyst to join their team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Position Overview: As an IFS Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the business processes and ensuring the effective utilisation of the IFS systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IFS Cloud or IFS Apps 9/10, with a focus on Project Management and Service & Maintenance modules. You will be responsible for mapping processes, developing end-user training materials, conducting system acceptance testing, and contributing to report design and development.

IFS Business Analyst Key Responsibilities

  • Map business processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the IFS ecosystem. Preferably with Visio.
  • Develop end-user training materials using tools such as ClickLearn to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and functionalities.
  • Conduct system acceptance testing to validate the functionality and performance of new system implementations or upgrades.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design reports using Crystal, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Provide support and guidance to end users, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions as needed.

IFS Business Analyst Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years working directly with IFS systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFS Cloud (preferred) or IFS Apps 9/10, with expertise in Project Management and Service & Maintenance modules.
  • Proven experience in mapping business processes using tools such as Visio.
  • Strong proficiency in developing end-user training materials, preferably using ClickLearn or similar platforms.
  • Experience conducting system acceptance testing and familiarity with testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in report design and development tools such as Crystal, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent.
