About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IFS Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that our IFS applications are optimized to support business processes and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to IFS applications.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.

• Support the implementation, testing, and deployment of IFS modules and upgrades.

• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.

• Work closely with technical teams to design solutions that align with business objectives.

• Conduct training sessions or create documentation for end-users where required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with IFS ERP systems.

• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or related areas.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and system testing.

• IFS certification or hands-on experience with IFS modules is a plus.
