Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IFS ERP Change Manager to lead the change management and adoption activities associated with our IFS ERP transformation programme. This role will play a critical part in ensuring business users successfully adapt to new processes, systems, and ways of working introduced through the IFS ERP implementation. The successful candidate will design and execute change strategies, build stakeholder engagement, and drive adoption to ensure maximum value is realised from our ERP investment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive change management strategy and roadmap aligned to the IFS ERP implementation.

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and create tailored engagement plans.

  • Define and manage communication plans to ensure consistent messaging across the business.

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to prepare end users for new IFS ERP processes and functionalities.

  • Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, and business SMEs to ensure smooth transition.

  • Assess organisational readiness and identify change impacts across departments.

  • Develop adoption metrics, track progress, and provide regular reporting to leadership.

  • Create user support materials (guides, FAQs, quick reference documents).

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the organisation.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing coaching and support through the transition.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Change Manager within large-scale ERP implementations (IFS ERP strongly preferred; SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics experience also valuable).

  • Solid understanding of IFS ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, Projects).

  • Expertise in organisational change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels of the organisation.

  • Experience in training delivery, user adoption strategies, and business process transformation.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage resistance to change and influence behaviours.

  • Background in industries such as manufacturing, aviation, defence, engineering, or services is advantageous.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) highly desirable.

  • IFS ERP experience or certifications (preferred but not essential).
