Job Title: IFS Subject Matter Expert (SME) Consultant

Role Overview:
The IFS SME Consultant provides deep functional and domain expertise across IFS Applications / IFS Cloud, acting as a trusted advisor on solution design, best practices, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary IFS SME across core functional domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Projects, or Service Management).

• Lead end-to-end solution design including requirements analysis, gap-fit, and functional architecture aligned to IFS standards.

• Configure and validate IFS modules, ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-performing solutions.

• Advise on integrations, data migration, reporting, security roles, and IFS customizations.

• Support SIT/UAT, defect resolution, go-live, and post-production optimization while mentoring junior consultants.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–15+ years of hands-on experience with IFS Applications / IFS Cloud in enterprise environments.

• Deep functional expertise in at least one core IFS module with strong cross-functional knowledge.

• Solid technical understanding including SQL, APIs, reporting, and IFS development framework.

• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle IFS implementations and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.

• IFS certification(s) preferred.

Location & Work Model:

• Remote / Hybrid / On-site (project dependent).

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: £90,000 – £120,000 per annum
