IFS Data & Integrations Analyst – 6-Month Contract (Possible 12-Month Extension)

Overview
We’re supporting a global organisation currently rolling out a large-scale IFS ERP transformation programme. As part of this project, we’re looking for an IFS Data & Integrations Analyst to join the team on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.
You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team responsible for preparing local entities ahead of deployment, focusing on data preparation and system integration activities.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with local technical and architecture teams to identify and document integration requirements between local systems (e.g., Transport Management or Finance) and the IFS ERP core solution.

Develop integration specifications and coordinate with 3rd-party integration partners for build and delivery.

Collaborate with local data leads to share IFS data templates, guide on completion timelines, and monitor progress.

Work closely with the programme’s central data lead to ensure full alignment with the global IFS data and integration strategy.

Support early data validation and readiness activities ahead of solution rollout.
Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Integration Analyst within IFS ERP or similar large ERP transformation programmes.

Strong understanding of data migration processes, system integrations, and working with third-party vendors.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across international teams.

Experience with IFS Cloud is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently within a structured project framework.
