IFS Cloud Project Manager

Overview

We are currently supporting a global organisation with the appointment of an experienced IFS Cloud Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ERP initiatives across the business.

This is a key role responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle — from planning and mobilisation through to go-live and post-implementation support — ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IFS Cloud implementation or upgrade projects

  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across IT and the wider business

  • Coordinate internal teams, third-party partners, and system integrators

  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

  • Oversee testing phases including SIT, UAT, and cutover planning

  • Ensure governance, reporting, and steering committee updates are maintained

  • Drive adoption, change management, and business readiness activities


Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering IFS Cloud or IFS Applications implementations

  • Strong understanding of ERP project lifecycles

  • Experience managing cross-functional and international teams

  • Vendor and system integrator management experience

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Formal project management methodology experience (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, etc.)


Desirable

  • Experience within Manufacturing, Engineering, Energy, or Services sectors

  • Exposure to multi-country rollouts

  • Cutover and go-live leadership experience
