IFS Cloud Project Manager
Overview
We are currently supporting a global organisation with the appointment of an experienced IFS Cloud Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of ERP initiatives across the business.
This is a key role responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle — from planning and mobilisation through to go-live and post-implementation support — ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned to strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IFS Cloud implementation or upgrade projects

Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation

Work closely with senior stakeholders across IT and the wider business

Coordinate internal teams, third-party partners, and system integrators

Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

Oversee testing phases including SIT, UAT, and cutover planning

Ensure governance, reporting, and steering committee updates are maintained

Drive adoption, change management, and business readiness activities
Required Experience
-
Proven experience delivering IFS Cloud or IFS Applications implementations

Strong understanding of ERP project lifecycles

Experience managing cross-functional and international teams

Vendor and system integrator management experience

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Formal project management methodology experience (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, etc.)
Desirable

Experience within Manufacturing, Engineering, Energy, or Services sectors

Exposure to multi-country rollouts

Cutover and go-live leadership experience
