IFS Service Consultant
We are currently supporting a global organisation undergoing continued investment in their IFS landscape and are looking to engage an experienced IFS Service Consultant to support and enhance their Service & Maintenance capabilities.
Role Overview
As an IFS Service Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering and optimising Service Management within IFS. You will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the solution supports field service operations, maintenance processes, and overall service delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support IFS Service Management & Maintenance modules
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional IFS solutions
- Support end-to-end IFS implementations, upgrades, or enhancements (IFS Apps 10 / IFS Cloud)
- Work closely with Field Service, Engineering, and Operations teams
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing BAU support
- Drive continuous improvement across service processes and system usage
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and customisations
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with IFS Service Management / Field Service / Maintenance
- Proven experience across IFS Apps 10 and/or IFS Cloud
- Background in end-to-end IFS implementations
- Strong understanding of service-centric industries (Engineering, Manufacturing, Utilities, etc.)
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into system solutions
- Experience working in both project and support environments
Desirable
- Experience with Mobile Workforce / Field Service Mobility solutions
- Exposure to IFS PSO (Planning & Scheduling Optimisation)
- Integration knowledge (APIs, middleware, etc.)
- Previous experience in global or multi-site environments
